北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of solvent extraction system for 20000 t/a waste lubricating oilrecovery unitAbstractSolvent extraction is an important part of chemical production.In chemical production,tower equipment is often used to separate and purify the mixture.This design uses sieve platetower and float valve tower to extract and separate the waste lubricating oil.Aftercomparative analysis of the extraction effect of propane,furfuryl alcohol and NMP,propaneis selected as the extraction agent.The principle is that the components in the wastelubricating oil have different solubility in propane.The deasphalted oil (DAO)is extractedfrom the top of the countercurrent extraction tower of the settling tower,and DEA is extractedfrom the bottom of the tower.The deasphalted oil (DOA)is respectively rectified andrecycled Collect the extractant propane.In this paper,the extraction process of waste lubricating oil with propane as solvent isdesigned.Firstly,the solvent is compared and selected.Then,the material balance,energybalance and process size of main equipment of the quality tower are calculated,and theappropriate auxiliary equipment is selected PFD Figure and PID Figure.Keywords:waste lubricating oil;Propane;solvent extraction system
