底京白雪粤院CUICDONCBAIYUH LNNERSITY英菲尼迪Q50线控转向系统的研究与设计Research and design of infiniti Q50 control steering system.ABSTRACTInfiniti Q50 is the first mass-produced vehicle in the world with Direct Adaptive Steering.The originally used in the aerospace industry technology,the infiniti technical personnel ofresearch and reference in Q50 production models,deep thinking,vehicle technology is like aship carrying one thousand-year -old ship,toward the vast boundless challenging the seabrave go forward.According to the report,infiniti engineers spent more than ten years of timeto go to every aspect of the DAS system technology test and data assessment,it is conceivablethat the reliability and practicability of the system must be supported by a large amount ofdata.In addition,the DAS system also has its own various use features,such as a moresensitive steering response,a more secure system structure,more stable manipulationfeelings...This design is the research and design of infiniti Q50 line control steering system.Subject ofinfiniti Q50 wire control steering system for a series of data analysis and research,based onthe variable ratio steering sensitivity of wire control steering system,and the influence ofhorizontal pendulum angular velocity gain the research and calculation as the center,to wirecontrol steering system study and design.According to the above data analysis and research,the following contents are discussed emphatically:the selection of the back positive motor inthe line control steering system;Steering mechanism design;Selection of steering motor andgear rack type steering gear.Based on the data obtained,this paper calculates the efficiency ofthe steering system,steering resistance moment,angular transmission ratio and forcetransmission ratio.In addition,in the steering wheel module,the selection of the back motoris mainly introduced,and the steering mechanism is designed.And in turn to perform in themodule mainly introduced to perform selection,rated torque,rated speed of the motor,gearand rack type steering the overall design,stress analysis and fatigue strength of gear and rack,tooth root bending fatigue strength,respectively.
