AbstractWith the development of modern society,the pace of modernpeople's life is faster and faster,As Benjamin Franklin said three hundredyears ago,time is money.Nowadays,the cost of time for urban people isgetting higher and higher.In order to improve their work efficiency,butalso to have enough time to relax,a new way of life emergedfragmented life.The fragmented life stresses that we should use thefragmented time to learn different information to achieve learning orentertainment.One of the most effective ways to understand informationis through reading.So can we think that to some extent,fragmented lifecan be equivalent to fragmented reading?There are many mobile Apps based on fragmented reading,such asstart Chinese,book banner reading,watch and stop,Zhihu daily,etc Inview of the characteristics of traditional reading App,such as occupyingmemory,high development cost,high maintenance cost and low retentionrate,I decided to develop an e-book reader Applet by using the WechatApplet which is more light,convenient,difficult to develop and lower incost to facilitate everyone's life and improve everyone's readingexperience.The design concept of e-book reader Applet developed by myselfcomes from fragmented reading and the huge demand of modern citiesfor reading.The logic layer of the Applet is constructed by JavaScripttechnology,and the logic layer and the front-end technology Wxmlunique to Wechat Applet are adopted by JSBridage technology,TheApplet view layer developed by Wxss is linked together and developedby calling the API (Application Programming Interface)interfaceprovided by Wechat development platform and third-party platform.The
