Design and Implementation of Employment Management SystemBased on collaborative filteringAbstract With the advent of the data-driven era,various traditional industries arebeginning to develop towards intelligence,and the employment management system is alsofollowing the trend of the times.The traditional employment management system involvesnumerous tedious tasks that require a large amount of manpower,material resources,andfinancial resources to maintain.The employment management system based on collaborative filtering adopts Javatechnology and MySQL database design and implementation,and uses B/S architecture.Itsmain purpose is to provide a convenient and efficient job search platform for unemployedpeople to solve the problem of seeking employment based on merit.The employment management system based on collaborative filtering mainly includes userregistration,login,publishing recruitment information,browsing position information,resumemanagement,personal information modification and other functional modules,andcollaborative filtering mechanism is added to improve the quick matching of user informationand real-time online experience,such as keyword based position recommendation,onlineresume editing,position collection,etc.In the design and implementation process,based onthe system architecture,database design,security,stability and other performanceoptimization issues,in-depth discussion and analysis are carried out,and the optimal solutionis proposed.Therefore,the system has demonstrated good performance in terms of completefunctionality,stability and reliability,and simple operation,which can meet the basic needs ofusers seeking employment.Keywords:Collaborative filtering;Job Management;Online resume editing
