AbstractWith the continuous progress of the times and the continuousdevelopment of the economy,it also promotes the rapid development ofindustrial automation in our country.Pumps play an important role in ourcountry's industrial automation production.Whether it is the primary industryor the secondary industry,there is a shadow of pumps.The main content of thispaper is to design a pump operation failure monitoring system technologybased on PLC technology,which takes PLC sensor and software configurationtechnology as the premise.In this paper,we first want to explain thebackground of this topic and the significance of its research,so as to explainwhat conditions the sensor recognition technology based on PLC and themonitoring system want to achieve,and then a reasonable and correct choiceof the hardware of the pump monitoring system,and then,add a person on thepremise of PLC and sensors.The function of computer interaction.Thenaccording to the requirements of the subject,and then write relevant programs,in order to achieve the flow-based real-time system monitoring of pump failure,and then alarm,automatic switching between cold water and hot water,so thatwe can see the key parameters of the pump indicators intuitively.Key words:Monitoring;Sensor;Human-Computer Interaction;RecognitionSystem
