北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Research on Coordinated Development of East and West Bank ofPearl River Based on Panel DataAbstractIn recent years,the development of the east and west banks of the Pearl River has beenuneven.To improve this situation,it is of great significance to study the coordinated devel-opment of the east and west banks of the Pearl River.In this paper,through the research onthe status quo of the development of the Pearl River's east and west banks,from the threedimensions of economic,social development,and transportation,scientifically selecting 14indicators that fit the current development strategy of the Pearl River's east and west banksto build the framework of the Pearl River's east and west coast collaborative developmentsystem.The indicators are weighted by the entropy method,the comprehensive score of thePearl River East-West Bank collaborative development is calculated,and the panel modelis established to study the cross-strait collaborative development from the whole,by region,and by time period.Overall analysis,social fixed asset investment and economic development will have an im-portant impact on the cross-strait coordinated development.By regional analysis,the mostimportant factor for promoting the coordinated development on the east bank of the PearlRiver is human resources,and the most important factor for promoting the coordinated de-velopment on the west bank ofthe Pearl River is social fixed asset investment.In addition,indifferentregions,economic development is essential Missing factors.According to a stagedanalysis,prior to 2008,social fixed asset investment and the strong support of the govern-ment played arole in promoting coordinated development.From 2008 to 2015,social fixedasset investment and rapid economic development were important factors in promoting co-ordinated development.After 2015,social human resources and economic developmenthave promoted coordinated development.Summed up the advantages of American law andChinese law in among the deficiencies.Practice in the case and concluded that the Chineseneed to improve marine environmental legislation place,especially in terms of liability andcompensation.Keywords:Coordinated development Entropy method Integrated system Panel mod-el
