Wiki Document Management System Based on Foresee ICAPServiceAbstract:For a long time,in the process of enterprise management,there must be a large number ofenterprise documents with rich knowledge value.These enterprise documents are records of enterpriseproduction,technology,operation and other activities.At the same time,these documents will beregarded as intangible assets of enterprise development.If enterprise employees make full use of thesedocuments effectively,it will be conducive to promoting the development of the enterprise.Informationis an important factor in the development of an enterprise.It is an important task for an enterprise tomanage these information effectively.To build its own knowledge base is an effective way to managethese information effectively.In order to build an enterprise's own knowledge base,"wiki document management system"isproposed.Collect and sort out a large number of knowledge documents,strengthen the management ofenterprise knowledge documents,improve the sharing of these knowledge documents,and enable theseknowledge documents to browse and communicate with each other among enterprise employees,Theemployees who publish the knowledge documents can update and perfect the knowledge documentscontinuously,and continue the knowledge continuously,so as to form the enterprise's own knowledgebase.It is analyzed that wiki document management system is used by employees in the enterprise,mainly using B/s development mode.The back-end is based on ICAP service encapsulated by thecompany itself as the main development framework of the back-end,which mainly encapsulates springboot,and the front-end integrates layui,Vue,bootstrap and other frameworks.In addition,mybatis,aJava based persistence framework,is used,while MySQL is used for the database.The implementation of Wiki document management system provides a platform for knowledgemanagement and unified management of enterprise knowledge documents,which makes scattered anddisordered enterprise documents orderly.In the knowledge base,knowledge documents are open forother employees to browse.Employees can search and quickly browse the knowledge documents theywant to view according to their own needs,so as to improve the personal office efficiency of employees,which is of great significance to the development of the companyKeywords:Knowledge document,knowledge base,Sharing,knowledge management,openness
