北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of Automatic Apricot Kernel Opening Machine-Design ofFeeding DeviceAbstractEating almonds is of great benefit to human body,so the demand for almonds isincreasing in recent years.This paper mainly designs a small apricot kernel openingmachine suitable for farmers in remote villages and towns to solve the dilemma thatmanual almond kernel opening is still used at present.First of all,the existing apricotkernel opening technology in China is studied and analyzed.Then the geometric andphysical characteristics of apricot kernel are studied to determine the best directionand magnitude of the load required for apricot kernel opening,and the appropriateopening method is selected through comparison.Secondly,a feeding device scheme isdesigned for the apricot kernel opening machine according to the selected apricotkernel opening method.Considering the cost,working environment and variousfactors comprehensively,the most suitable scheme is selected,and the shape and sizeof its main components are designed and a three-dimensional model is established.Then,the feeding motion process of the apricot kernel opening machine is analyzedaccording to the designed motion parameters.The designed feeding device of apricotkernel opening machine is simple in structure,easy and clear in connection andassembly of various mechanisms,replaces manual operation,and improves theopening efficiency of apricot kernels.[Key words Apricot kernel opener;Feeding device;Mechanical structure design;Motion analysis
