北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of automatic apricot seed opening machine-openingdevice designAbstractAlmonds are in increasing demand this year because of their high nutritionalvalue and excellent taste.Through the research on the opening of apricot kernel,a new type of apricot kernel opening machine is designed based on thecharacteristics of CAM.Firstly,the existing apricot kernel opening machineat home and abroad was studied and analyzed,and then the geometric and physicalcharacteristics of the apricot kernel were studied.After determining the sizeof the apricot kernel,the optimal opening mode was designed.This apricot seedopening machine does not require much human resources,and will automaticallydistinguish whether the opening is successful or not.The design of automaticapricot core opening machine is simple in structure,low in manufacturing cost,can be adjusted according to the size of the apricot core,high in productivity.In this paper,the whole process of designing automatic apricot seed openingmachine is described,and the design process of opening device is discussed indetail.[Key words]:automatic opening machine;Opening device:Apricot kernel;CAM
