北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The automatic Tangyuan machine design-cooking structure designAbstractAutomatic Tangyuan machine cooking device is the research and design of the cookingpart of the automatic Tangyuan machine.The cooking part involves the device of sticky sesameand bread bran,the water filter type fryer and the transmission device.This paper mainlyexpounds the design of the overall structure of the device for sticky sesame and bread bran,thewater filter type fryer and the conveying device,and more specifically explains the internalstructure design of the water filter type fryer and the calculation process of the specificparameters.It realizes the automatic integration function of Tangyuan sticky sesame and breadbran,fried cooking and transmission,ensures that the shape of Tangyuan will not change in theprocess of sticky sesame and bread bran,and the fryer device realizes the uniform frying ofTangyuan and timely contact with the air,preventing the Tangyuan from bursting.The conveyorbelt has realized the oil filtering function for the cooked Tangyuan.Keywords:The water filter type fryer;Continuous fryer;The conveying device;The chaintransmission design;Half cross belt drive
