北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of automatic salad making device --Packaging device designAbstractSalad is a kind of food beneficial to human health,and people's demand for it isincreasing.However,the research on salad making device is still limited to the householdand small-scale fruit cutting and mixing device,which can not form an automaticproduction scale at all.In this paper,the groove wheel mechanism and crank slidermechanism are mainly used to improve the efficiency of the salad shop.First of all,thestructure of salad automatic packaging device is designed.Combined with the functionalrequirements,the device is divided into two parts:receiving and sealing the box.Finally,themulti station method is selected to realize the required steps in turn,and the schemeselection and design are focused on the rotary table which can realize multi stationswitching and the box sealing device with crank slider.Then,based on the schemedetermined in the early stage,a detailed design is carried out for the worktable and the boxsealing device which can be switched,including the design reference of the size,thestructural design,the selection and calculation of the standard room of the connection part,and finally the relevant part drawings and assembly drawings are drawn.Keywords:Fruit salad making device;Packaging unit;Multi station table;Genevamechanism:Crank slider mechanism
