自动汤圆机设计——成形装置设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of automatic Tangyuan machine--Design of forming deviceAbstractTangyuan forming machine is a kind of common food forming device in our life.Thereare many mature Tangyuan production and packaging machines in China.The formingprocess of this kind of machine is simple and easy to conceive.It is suitable for the massproduction of Tangyuan and can be widely popularized.The whole structure consists ofconveying surface groove,filling groove,stranding dragon,forming pipeline,forming cutter,material conveyor belt,rubbing disc,etc.In order to realize the forming automation of theone-piece machine,cam linkage mechanism and eccentric wheel linkage mechanism areadded in the design,which are driven by the motor and hydraulic power device to meet theintermittent motion demand of the forming one-piece machine.In this paper,thetechnological structure of parts is also designed.Keywords:Tangyuan forming machine;cam connecting rod;eccentric wheel;technological structure
