Automatic infusion bottle changing machine --Design of control anddetection systemAbstractIn the hospital treatment work,infusion treatment is widely used,often a patient needs totransfuse multiple bottles of liquid medicine.At present,most hospitals in China are stillusing nurses to change the bottles manually.If more than one patient needs to changemedicine at the same time,the burden of nurses will be greatly increased,followed by anincrease in the probability of error.In order to solve the above problems,the design providesan automatic infusion bottle changing device,which relates to the technical field of medicalequipment.It is designed to solve the problem of labor intensity of medical staff caused bymanual bottle changing,and will realize the automation of infusion bottle changing.Theautomatic infusion bottle changing device is a device which can automatically insert andreplace the needle of infusion bottle under the detection of weight sensor.The automaticbottle changing infusion machine is controlled by 51 single-chip microcomputer.When thesensor detects that a bottle of liquid medicine has been delivered,the single-chipmicrocomputer will control the motor drive mechanism to replace the next bottle of liquidmedicine.The automatic infusion decanting device is small in size,low in cost andconvenient in use,which can solve the problems of heavy workload of medical staff,lowefficiency of hospital and inconvenience of medical and patient staff in manual decantingproblem.Keywords:medical;infusion bottle change;automation;Control system
