Automatic sealing machineAbstractIn the past half century,the development speed of science and technology is amazing,including the packaging machinery industry of this design.It is economical,fast and stableto seal the box.The automatic sealing machine designed in this paper can adjust the widthand height manually according to the specifications of cartons.It can be operated on asingle machine or used with the automatic packaging line.When working,when the boxenters the working space,the box moves forward under the friction of the side toothed belt.When the box body moves to the position of knife rest,the box body will press the kniferest and the front belt pressing wheel out of position,and then the belt pressing wheel willkeep synchronous motion with the front belt pressing wheel under the action of the linkagemechanism,and the front belt and the carton will be pasted and sealed.With thedevelopment of the box,the tape is continuously drawn out and sealed on the box.When therear part of the box leaves the tool holder,the front belt pressing wheel is in the samemovement as the rear belt pressing wheel due to the function of the connecting rodmechanism,while the tool holder is affected by the spring force,and the reset spring is usedto cut off the belt.When the box moves to leave the rear belt pressing wheel,the rear beltpressing wheel is also reset due to the function of adjustable spring return,so that the lastbelt even on the box is also pasted on the box,completing the task of sealing the box in therear section.This paper describes the design steps and basis of the sealing machine in detail.It includes the choice of design scheme,the choice of motor,the design of height adjustingmechanism,width adjusting mechanism,table components and blade.Key words:Height adjusting mechanism;width adjusting mechanism;Worktable part;Sealing tape parts;blade design
