AbstractIn China,the demand for corn is very large,and the quality of sowing is animportant factor in the output of corn.The planter in China is mainly driven by amechanical chain,and its power comes from the frictional resistance between theground wheel and the ground of the planter.Many,the overall transmission ratio isdifficult to guarantee,resulting in a greatly reduced accuracy of the transmission.When the plant spacing changes,the sprocket and chain need to be manually replaced,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.With the development of mechanicaltechnology,speed regulating devices are widely used,but can not achieve steplessspeed regulation,and the mechanical components have a certain life,it is moredifficult to ensure the accuracy of the transmission after changing the transmissionratio.In order to solve the above problems,the traditional mechanical transmissionstructure needs to be changed.In this paper,the structure of an electric-drivenprecision seed metering device is adopted.Its working principle relies on the sensor totransmit the information of the movement of the ground wheel to the single-chipmicrocomputer,and then the single-chip microcomputer controls the rotation speed ofthe seed meter to perform seeding.In this way,the complicated mechanical structureis saved,and the programming of the C language and the change of the parameterscan change the planting spacing requirements,and realize the stepless speedregulation.The power source is provided by the stepper motor.Such a transmissionsystem has reliable performance and more accurate operation qualityKeywords:electric drive corn planter precision planter
