Hollow blow molding mold design-blank extrusion moldAbstractWith the development of China's industry,the requirements for the mold aregetting higher and higher.The way of plastic forming is very important.People'sdemand for extrusion mold also has higher requirements.The extrusion mould designed in this paper is to extrude a fresh water bottle.Therefore,a single-layer extrusion mould is designed to solve the problems of moldexpansion,traction deformation and cooling shrinkage.The preform extruded from theextrusion mould is blown to obtain a good plastic bottle.It is mainly the structuraldesign of the extrusion die and the scheme design of the blow molding die.The mainparts of the extrusion die are the mouth die,the core die and the flow cone.Besides,italso calculates the dimensions of other parts,conducts entity modeling with Proe,exports two-dimensional drawings,and USES CAD drawing software to mark thedimensions and technical requirements of assembly drawings and part drawingsKey words:plastic molding and processing;extrusion mould;plastics mould
