北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design and Manufacture of Executive Mechanism of IntelligentAutomatic Cultivation SystemAbstractIntelligent automatic cultivation system is a kind of intelligent cultivation system.Familyplanting plays an increasingly important role in people's daily lives,but in the process ofplanting,most people need to judge the growth of plants with the naked eye.The intelligentcultivation system can automatically meet the growing conditions of how many plants areplanted,combine moisture,fertilization,relative humidity,air temperature,light intensity andother conditions with the system,and adjust the environmental conditions for self-repair asthe plant grows.In view of this situation,the cultivation of home outdoor garden plants as aresearch object and the research on the automatic cultivation system of home outdoor gardensare of great research value.This design analyzes the environmental factors such as air temperature,relative humidity,light intensity,etc.on the plant growth,combined with the realization of the needs of thefamily,combined with the different needs of actual art planting,designed an actuator suitablefor cultivation.Application of sensor technology and design of the operation mechanism ofthe automatic cultivation system,including temperature sensor,humidity sensor,liquid levelsensor,etc.,to achieve automatic fertilization,automatic watering,ventilation and coolingfunctions.Solidworks software modeling and motion simulation are used in the softwaredesign.The dynamic analysis and simulation in ADAMS are used to ensure that the fertilizingdevice and air supply device can operate normally under normal conditions.The results showthat:the sensors can be used to activate the actuator to properly heat,cool,water andhumidify the plants in the carrier plate.The actuator can run accurately during the movementwithout breaking or deformation.Keywords:Domestic gardening;Automatic Cultivation System;Mechanical Design;Sensing Element;actuator
