ABSTRACTThis paper is about the design of a speed and current double closed-loop speed controlsystem using DC motor and thyristor control technology.Firstly,it is needed to model the DCmotor and analyze its working principle.Secondly,the thyristor triggering and rectifyingdevice is analyzed,the amplification factor and transfer function are calculated,and themathematical model is established.The starting process,dynamic performance index andstatic performance index are analyzed by using the design scheme of speed and current doubleclosed-loop speed regulation system.Finally,the current regulator and speed regulator in thesystem are designed,and the model is established based on the previous mathematical model,and the relevant parameters are calculated by PI control method.Then,through the softwaresimulation with Matlab,the parameters are constantly revised,and finally the output meets thecorresponding design requirements.Keywords:DC motor;Thyristor;Double closed loop;Matlab simulation
