Design and Analysis of Three-Way Pipe With DifferentDiameter Leakage FixtureAbstractAccording to the survey found that,due to the bolt corrosion leakage of the personnelcasualty our country at present every year.When pipeline with high internal pressure,if directbolt corrosion of the pipeline structure burst switch,if the pipe is poisonous and harmful gases,liquids,or is under the environment of high temperature and high pressure pipe,the pipe burstthe consequence will be unimaginable.My research project is to use a dedicated line boltcorrosion and sealing clamp,can not replace the pipeline and does not affect the normaloperation of equipment under the condition of safe and effective to solve the problem.So themain problem is the sealing technology of jig design.My main project is the study of reducingtee leak clamp,it is made of the concrete and the ears on both sides of the plate.Thereforeaccording to the working condition of the facts first,and understand the basic requirements,using the theory of mechanics,material mechanics,mechanical engineering,mechanical design,such as mechanical professional knowledge,and consider the effect of practical factors such astemperature,pressure,and thus to theoretical design of reducing tee leak clamp,then using UGaccording to the calculated data to map the reducing tee leak clamp model,Finally through thefinite element analysis software on the analysis of the strength and stiffness,it is concluded thatthe feasibility of the fixture and determine leakage reducing tee finally determine the structureof the fixture,here with ABAQUS.Key Words:Clamp;Three-way pipe with different diameter leakage fixture;UG;ABAQUS
