Design and Simulation of rotary energy recovery system for hydraulic excavatorAbstractWith the rapid growth of the world economy,mankind is facing anunprecedented problem.In these crises,energy is undoubtedly a very representativeand very serious one.In order to solve the energy crisis,countries around the worldhave introduced a series of policies to support the development of energyconservation and emission reduction.China has already integrated thecorresponding energy conservation and emission reduction into a series ofdevelopment planning processes,in order to ensure its comprehensive and thoroughdevelopment.We are willing to contribute to the common prosperity of the world.This paper is aimed at a series of energy-saving research on the excavator slewingsystem.The excavator is relatively widely used in the field of construction machinery,and the energy consumption is extremely serious.By retrieving related literatures athome and abroad and analyzing them effectively,we summarized and summarizedvarious energy-saving methods under the current situation,and successfully appliedthe energy receiving and receiving tubes to the hydraulic excavator system.Throughthe construction of effective mathematical models,a series of researches have beencarried out on the corresponding energy-saving,and the relevant simulations havebeen verified to verify the correctness of the theory.The research and discussion onthe related energy-saving effects caused by relevant hydraulic parameters andworking conditions were carried out.The results of the simulation were verified bythe form of simulation experiments,and the experimental data guarantee was savedfor the use of the hydraulic excavator rotary hydraulic system based on energyrecovery.Key Words:energy recovery and reuse energy conservationenergy wasterotary hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator
