Design of a new type of automatic mower based on STM32-The systemcircuit and hardware design of mowerAbstractWith the development of China's economy,the pace of urbanization is speeding up allover the country.Many municipal green spaces are very close to the residential areas andwork areas of citizens.These areas are densely populated,mobile and important for people'sproduction and life.In these areas,the noise and peculiar smell of exhaust gas are caused bymowers disturbing the resident who lives near by.Nowdays,most of the mowers are powered by gasoline engine,which is very heavy touse.The purpose of this research is to develop a new type of mower,improve its useconditions,develop a small and light mower,solve the adverse impact of traditional moweron the surrounding environment,not only can bring great economic benefits,but also canliberate the staff from the hard working conditions.In order to solve the shortcomings of thetraditional mower,this paper will explain the selection of components,the circuit designand drawing to adapt to its performance,and contact the factory to make the hardwarecontrol circuit of the new mower.The hardware circuit of the new mower is composed ofthree parts and added into the circuit modular design.The first part is the core control boardwith STM32 as the control chip,the other part is the remote control circuit,including thepower supply voltage stabilizing circuit,the serial communication circuit with transmission,the key control circuit,the rocker potentiometer control circuit,etc.the third part is thespecial control board for the mower,including the Motor drive circuit,motor overloadprotection circuit,power conversion circuit,receiving serial communication circuit,low-voltage control high-voltage circuit,etc.Finally,through inspection and experiment,itis proved that the hardware circuit designed for the new mower can achieve the designfunction and run stably.Keyword:Circuit modular design;STM32 control chip;Remote control circuit board;Mower main circuit board;
