The overall structure design of the new electric cleaning vehicleAbstractWith the victory of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China (CPC),China began to enter a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.China's economicgrowth has been growing steadily,and the country's comprehensive strength has becomestronger and stronger.But with the construction of roads and the increase of modern buildings,how to keep them clean has become a big problem.In order to solve this problem,variouscleaning tools have been designed to improve the cleaning efficiency of cities,among whichthe role of electric cleaning vehicles can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency of cities.This paper mainly describes the design of a wide range of areas,streets,scenic spots andshopping malls,large flow of people,heavy cleaning task of electric cleaning car.Its workmode and the traditional clean car,sweep by suction device will waste suction inside the bin,then transport to the garbage concentration for processing,but this is a electric cleaningvehicle because the use of motor driven model compared with the traditional pattern of dieselcleaning cars has the energy conservation and environmental protection,won't produce wastegas pollution and noise pollution,etc.Clean the design of the electric car a collection of road surface cleaning,garbagecollection and transportation of centralized processing in the integration of new and efficientenvironmental protection cleaning tools,this paper will use solid works software to design theoverall structure,and motion simulation,can verify this design is feasible,and then comparedwith the existing product market advantages and disadvantages,so that after futureimprovements to our products.Keywords:electric cleaning vehicle;Clean environment,energy saving and environmentalprotection;The structure design
