The design of candy packaging machine--the structure design andSimulation of transport machineabstractIn the process of modern food processing and production,the essential key technicalequipment of product packaging is packaging machinery.Whether it's food,medicine,dailynecessities and other items,they need to be packed,and this work is done by packagingmachinery.But this design mainly takes the candy packaging machine as the research object,but now the mainstream packaging way of candy and chocolate is pillow packaging.With thecontinuous development of candy packaging industry,this kind of packaging method whichwas not accepted before reappeared in people's vision with a new form and began to bepopular.This graduation project is designed as a kink type candy packaging machine,which iscomposed of transmission mechanism,transportation part,package mechanism,kinkmechanism and other parts.This paper mainly optimizes and designs the transportation partand sugar mechanism of the candy packaging machine.By selecting the type of calculationpulley of the motor and the determination of the reducer,it is concluded that the transportationpart has a mechanical structure.In this paper,the transportation part of the kink candypackaging machine can automatically sort out the disordered candy,and the processingefficiency is high.Through the design of belt drive,chain drive,worm gear drive,spiral geardrive and shaft,the mechanical structure of the machine is improved,and then the FEA of themain parts is carried out to verify the feasibility of the parts.The mechanical structure ismainly used for the processing of most cylindrical and rectangular hard candy materials.Thiskind of candy packaging can meet the needs of most cylindrical and hard candy packaging onthe market,and has a good application prospect.Key words:candy packaging machine;sugar handling mechanism;twist packaging machine目录
