Structure design of parking systemThrough the understanding of the future direction and development process of domesticand foreign demands,this design determines the functional requirements that an AGVshould have,and makes relevant sorting and calculation on the body structure,drivingstructure,navigation mode and charging mode of AGV,and makes selection of relevant keyparts.Based on CAD,the two-dimensional structure design of AGV is completed,based onPROE,the three-dimensional structure design of AGV is completed,and the bearing limit ofAGV under various extreme conditions is calculated,that is,the driving force required for themaximum climbing angle under full load,the friction resistance encountered in the processof AGV travel,and the maximum resistance demand that AGV needs to overcome arecalculated.At the same time,the bearing capacity and endurance of the battery areexplained.Based on the determination of the above various basic frame,the selection includesvarious sensors such as position detection sensor,camera,side lamp,anti thixotropic sensorand other additional functions,adding LCD operation panel,automatic charging function andother intelligent modules.Key words:structural design driving system,Navigation selection,Intelligence.
