CNC milling center-Design of automatic tool change deviceAbstractA kind of device that can change the tool independently without manualoperation is called automatic tool change device.It uses numerical control codeto set the program to make the machine work purposefully.The automatic toolchange device can make the tool change selectively,safely and accurately.The tool magazine was the most widely used in CNC milling center.Theinspiration of designing the disc cutter of the corresponding cutter comes fromthe occasion of its use and the requirements of its practical application.Finally,the control of it is explored.The main task of this design is to introduce the structure of the toolmagazine,the structure of the transmission,the working principle of eachcomponent and the calculation of each part,and to draw the CAD part drawingof each part and the assembly drawing,and finally try to carry outthree-dimensional simulation.The tool magazine is the most important focuses in this design are structuredesign of.The first is the introduction of the automatic tool change device;The second part is the introduction and calculation of the worm gear in thetransmission part;the third part is the selection and calculation of the drivingmotor;the last is the brief introduction of the tool magazine feeding part,hydraulic control and PLC control part.Key words:CNC milling center,automatic tool change device,tool magazinestructure,transmission structure
