中南大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe hydraulic system of work device is main work hydraulic systemof telehandler.Its dynamic characteristics impact on the workperformance of telehandler directly.With the application of it in recentyears,the requirements of its hydraulic system is no longer just staticcharacteristics of the work cycle,the requirements of vibration of thehydraulic system hydraulic impact noise etc,caused by handling itsload is receiving increasing attention,these prompted us carry out thenecessary analysis on its dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system.This article first summarized the development and research state oftelehandler at home and abroad analyzed the study content of dynamiccharacteristics of hydraulic system,pointed out the meanings of analysison hydraulic system of telehandler work device,consequently educed theimportance of analysis on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system.Combining the current study methods about dynamic characteristicsof hydraulic systems,considering the characteristics of the hydraulicsystem,this paper chose power bond graph theory to model the hydraulicsystem of work device.The paper first analyze the work principle of thehydraulic system of work device,study the structure and work principleof constant power variable displacement pump as main hydraulic systemcomponents,simplify pump internal structure under work state,model itaccording to the power bond graph modeling rules.As the basis,thepower bond graph model of work device hydraulic system is established.According to the logical relationship between variables in the power bondgraph model,the state equation mathematical model of system is derived.Then using MATLAB/Simulink software,the system simulation modulemap is established,the parameters of the simulation is determined,through simulation,the constant power pump outlet and multi-way valveoutlet pressure variation curve is derived,and simulation results areanalyzed.With the use of telehandler to load in experiment,the constantpower pump outlet and multi-way valve outlet pressure variation curve istested under a variety of conditions.Test results show that the established
