完成钻具设计后,用AutoCAD绘制二维图表。关键词:机械、法兰盘、加工工艺、夹具设计、尺寸计算、CD制图等ESSENTTTIALSThe graduation project was conducted after all courses were completed.This is athorough review of all the courses we completed during design development.This isalso a combination of theory and practice.Therefore,it plays an important role in ourfour years of university life.Mechanical production technology is a very important technology.The processof human development is a continuous production process.Therefore,the importanceof production technology is obvious.The mechanical manufacturing technology isdivided into four major parts:(1)Forming technology of engineering materials(2)The principle of ordinary cutting and ultra-precision machining(3)Analysis and control of machining quality(4)Modern Machinery Manufacturing TechnologyAfter studying mechanical and practical design techniques,the mechanicaldesign of production technology is the next step.On the one hand,this requiresstudents to master the basics of process and structural design by using all the lessonsthey have learned in the past.In addition,it provides complete education andpreparation for later graduate programs.Trainees who have received technical trainingshould receive the following training:(1)Master the basic theory in the field of mechanical production technology andthe knowledge gained in time during the internship.Correct problems such aspositioning,blocking,positioning of the machining path,and determining the size ofthe part during machining.To ensure the quality of the machined parts.(2)Improve the possibility of structural design.Students should be able to designefficient,labor-intensive and cost-effective equipment to be able to handle equipmentbased on processing requirements.(3)Learn to use manuals and charts.The ability to intelligently use the namesand sources of various materials associated with this design.Personally,I hope that this project will eventually allow me to adapt to training.
