Structure design of apple picking deviceAbstractThe main task of this project is to design a new type of apple picking device and itsstructure design for the subsequent grading selection device of apple,in order to reducehuman resources.Improve the picking efficiency,reduce the labor as much as possible,andreduce the time spent by the fruit farmers in the picking process and grading the applesaccording to the size.First,conduct market research,understand the current market picker,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and conduct field inspection on the farm tounderstand the topography,planting density and apple size of small fruit farms.Afterthree-dimensional modeling with PROE,it is determined that the designed equipment is asimple and retractable apple picking equipment and roller grading machine to reduce theworkload of fruit farmers.The simple grabbing picking equipment can solve the problem offruit picking at high altitude.The main design contents include:picking manipulator,extension bar mechanism,semi elliptical collecting mechanism,hand-held mechanism andhow to reduce the weight of the picker,so that the fruit picking process is lighter and looser.Compared with the picker on the market,the innovation point can operate continuously,whilethe design of Apple sorter adopts the roller classifier with the cheapest price,which is morecost-effective and affordable.Otherwise,it is difficult to spread among small-scale fruit farms.The design contents of sorter include the design of transmission route,the design of gear shaftand low-speed shaft of reducer,the selection of V-belt,the design of roller,and the selectionof motor The purpose of the design is to solve the problem of picking similar diameterspherical fruits and to sort and pack them in time after picking,so as to avoid missing thefresh period of apples and realize the real sense of self-production and self-sale of fruitfarmers,which has a certain market prospect.Keywords:Apple picker、Separator、3 Dmodeling、Structural design
