北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Design of automatic garbage sorting processor-transmission systemAbstractWith the continuous improvement of China's development situation,people'sconsumption capacity is constantly enhanced.At the same time,the garbagebrought by consumer products also gradually increases,and the garbage treatmentand classification design emerges at the right moment.Through the design of anautomatic garbage classification processor,the above problems can be wellsolved.This paper first of all carries on the data collection analysis to the domesticand foreign related products,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages amongthem,designs a simple and can realize the basic requirements of the product.Themain task of this paper is to design the transmission system of this machine.Thedesign object of this transmission system is:sorting mechanism transmission.Through the calculation of the working environment,the two drivingmechanisms are determined to be the transmission mechanism and the executivemechanism.The transmission mechanism,by selecting the appropriate type ofmotor,transmits the torque to the first-stage cylindrical gear reducer through a belt.The cylindrical gear reducer then transmits the torque to the roller through thecoupling.Finally,the roller drives the conveyor belt and the conveyor belt drivesthe garbage.By selecting the appropriate type of motor,the actuator transmits themovement of the motor conveying shaft to the rotating stop arm through the geartransmission mechanism,thus pushing the garbage.V belt,gear,transmissionshaft,bearing and other driving parts required by the design calculation and check,to achieve the movement and force to each of the executive parts,and ultimatelydrive the operation of the product.Keywords:garbage classification,transmission design,sorting mechanism,packaging and bag changing mechanism
