Part process analysis and fixture designAbstractThis design is mainly aimed at the process analysis of the main part of the automaticseparation two section PCB test fixture -the hook base and the design of the fixture of therelated process.Process analysis of parts includes process analysis and calculation ofcutting parameters and processing time of main processes.The fixture design mainlyincludes the design of positioning element and clamping mechanism.The cylinder is usedas the pneumatic actuator of the clamping mechanism;the two gears and racks are used asthe centering mechanism;the fulcrum push rod is used as the clamping actuator.Thefixture can realize the function of milling and drilling on the same set of fixture,improvethe utilization rate of fixture,reduce the processing cost and improve the efficiency.Thedesign software mainly uses soilwork software to carry out three-dimensional modelingand dynamic simulation of fixture,and uses Auto CAD to draw two-dimensional diagramof fixture.Keywords:Hook seat;process analysis;fixture design;modeling;engineeringdrawing;
