Design of tensile strength inspection of insulatorAbstractThe object of this graduation project is a hydraulic insulator tensile strength testing machine.This device is used for the tensile strength testing of insulators.It can test the tensilestrength of 12 XMPP-70 insulators at one time,and a transposition device is designed,so thatwhen the machine checks the strength of the insulator,the worker can load or unload theinsulator on the device.The hydraulic tensile strength inspection machine is mainlycomposed of two parts:one is the tensile test completed by the hydraulic part,and the otherpart is completed by the motor,which moves the insulator between the loading station,thetensile testing station and the unloading station.In this design,the mechanical part andstructure are selected,and the force analysis and verification are carried out,while checkingwhether it meets the requirements.In the design of the hydraulic system,the overall planwas first designed.When designing the hydraulic control circuits,after comparing severalspeed control circuits,I used an imported throttle speed control circuit;for the unloadingcircuit,I chose a unloading circuit with a two-position two-way electromagnetic directionalvalve;For the pressure-holding circuit,I chose to use a hydraulic control check valve tocomplete the pressure-holding action.After the basic circuit is determined,the transmissionsystem of the hydraulic system is selected.Because the hydraulic system of the open systemis relatively simple,the heat dissipation capacity is also very good and other advantages,so Ichose the open system for the hydraulic system.After drawing up the hydraulic schematicdiagram,the hydraulic components are also designed,selected and checked.After calculation,the hydraulic cylinder is selected as the 80mm hydraulic cylinder,and the hydraulic pump isselected as theKCB33.3(2CY/14.5-2)type vane pump.According to the maximum power ofthe system,this design uses Y90S-2 motor to keep my hydraulic system running.Whendesigning the transposition device,the transposition device can move and stop at the specifiedposition.I added a travel switch to the device,and in order to prevent the insulator fromfalling during the conversion of the station,the storage slot Bearings are installed on bothsides of the center.Considering that the main load received by the bearing is radial load,andthe storage groove will be deformed,the center of gravity line of the shaft will not coincidewith the center line of the bearing hole and there is an angle error,so the bearing withself-aligning performance is selected.According to the maximum working power of the
