HOUSEHOLD DOUBLE-SIDED WET WIPE GLASS ROBOT-MECHANICAL STRUCTURE DESIGN AND MODELINGAbstractHousehold double-sided wet wipe the window is a household cleaning robot electronics,in today's society there is an increasing demand for household cleaning products,includingclean glass products in the development stage,have the similar products at home and abroad,and the same is to wipe the glass robot,and the working principle of the different to thedifferent structure design.There are permanent magnet adsorption,vacuum adsorption,wheeldrive,track drive and so on.Above all,according to market research,I am able to understand the requirement ofclient groups,glass cleaning robot is designed,which adopts permanent magnet adsorptionand wheel drive.The robot consists of a driving machine and a slave motor.Two machineswork together.The robot is composed of buffer mechanism,drive mechanism,adsorptionmechanism,chassis and electric control module.In this paper,SolidWorks is an analysissoftware which is used for three-dimension modeling and simulation analysis.By observingthe working environment,theoretical mechanics analysis,and functional construction,the sizeof mechanism parts is set,and the assembly is carried out.Finally,the animation simulation iscompleted.The electric-control system is responsible for the work of the power motors,which cancomplete the horizontal and vertical straight line and turn,the driving machine to drivethrough the permanent magnet to drive from the driving machine.The robot first measures thesize of the glass,then takes a zig-zag cleaning route,then stops at the bottom of the glass tofinish the job.Keywords:wipe glass robot;structure design;kinematic simulation
