Stereo garage-structure analysis based on face recognitionAbstractIn view of the difficulty of parking in cities,a three-dimensional garage based on facerecognition is proposed to improve such problems.This article is mainly about the mechanicalstructure analysis of the vertical circulation three-dimensional garage,study its basicprinciples and mechanical structure,and analyze and innovate the core parts.The thesismainly studies the following contents:Three-dimensional modeling and motion simulation of SolidWorks for verticalcirculation solid garage.Through the finite element analysis of the old vehicle carrier platethrough simulation,a design method of the vehicle carrier plate with structural beams isproposed.SolidWorks is used to model the vehicle carrier plate and the finite element analysisof the simulation proves that its performance is improved.Cars with a coaxial distance presentdifferent stress conditions on the load board.It is concluded that the longer the wheelbase ofthe vehicle with the same mass,the smaller the equivalent stress on the vehicle plate and thesmaller the deformation.In the study of the lifting system,the existing problems of the oldchain transmission structure were analyzed,and a fork sprocket structure was designed on thebasis of it.Modeling was carried out through SolidWorks to explain its design principles.After the simulation finite element analysis of the hoisting chain plate,the calculationexample is optimized to improve the performance after optimization.Improve the guide rail,change the width of the roller bearing and the track on the basis of restricting thedisplacement in the X axis direction only,and obtain the guide rail structure with the X axisand the Y axis both limiting.Interference detection is performed on the operation of thecar-mounted gondola after setting the parameters,and no collision occurs,which proves thatthe set data has certain reference value.Keywords:Vertical circulating Stereo garage;SolidWorks;simulation finite elementanalysis;vehicle carrying plate;Car board
