identification and positioning system for chips-Machine vision algorithmsAbstractUnder the premise of great changes in social productivity,machine recognition caneffectively replace manual classification,greatly reducing the production efficiency,but inthe actual production due to the small size of most chips,the signal is not easy to read anddistinguish,the pin is easy to bend,easy to cause errors in the actual production,resulting inthe yield is not ideal.Therefore,the rapid identification and positioning analysis of chips in machine visioncan be introduced in the actual production to improve the production efficiency and productyield in actual production.This paper introduces the machine vision algorithm part of thedesign and implementation of the chip rapid identification system for machine vision.An algorithm for rapid identification and analysis of the chip is implemented,and thechip processing is used to convert the grayscale image taken by an industrial camera into apreliminary segmentation of the chip area.By further processing the area,shape andthreshold parameters of the chip,followed by OCR character recognition of the chip imageto obtain the chip model parameters and the chip pin measurement to determine whether itis a qualified product,and finally get the test data.Finally,by exporting the C#program through Halcon software and cooperating withthe user interface built by Visual Studio software,the work efficiency is greatly improvedand more practical in the actual application.Keyword:Chip;Machine recognition;Image processing;Halcon;OCR Characterrecognition
