ABSTRACTThe steel wire rope is widely used in mining,transportation,tourism andother major industries of the national economy,playing an extremely criticalrole.As the key component of engineering bearing,the wire rope is very easyto break,rust,fatigue,broken wire and other forms of mechanical damage inthe process of use,resulting in a decrease in its safety carrying capacity,resulting in safety hazards.The study of the principle,method and technologyof safety detection of wire rope is a very important subject and has great socialand economic significance.Therefore,the detection of wire rope damage has beenattached great importance to the world,both theoretical significance andpractical value of important research topics.Saturating excitation of wire rope is a prerequisite for accuratedetectionof wire rope damage signal.Based on the theory of magnetic circuit and magneticfield,this paper establishes a magnetic path calculation model for wire ropedamage,analyzes various factors affecting the performance of exciters,anddesigns and produces permanent magnetic circular multi-loop excitations.On thisbasis,the high-performance integrated single-sensing coil is used to detectthe wire rope damage leakage magnetic field,the signal pre-processing electricway is designed,the method of wire rope rope damage detection method based onthe induction coil is proposed,on this basis,the data collection system ofwire rope wire broken wire signal with AT89C52 microcontroller as microprocessoris proposed,and the quantitative identification and analysis of the damagesignal data based on virtual instrument technology.Keywords:wire rope;wire break;Excitation;Induction coil;microcontroller2
