基于UG的工艺模型三维标注系统开发Development of Three-dimensional Annotation System for Process ModelBased on UGAbstractThe ability of 2D engineering drawings to express information is limited.3D modelingand 2D engineering drawing methods used in traditional 2D processes have the problem ofnon-convergence between design information and process information,which seriouslyaffects the rapid design and manufacture of products.The use of three-dimensional processtechnology can improve product development efficiency,and is an important part of the three-dimensional digital design and manufacturing integration model.In the three-dimensionalprocess technology,Three-dimensional annotation technology enables design information andprocess information to be annotated on 3D model of product,and is the core technology forrealizing 3D process technology.We focused on the three-dimensional annotation technologyon the process model,including process size and process information annotation on processmodels.The details are as follows:(1)Research on process size annotation:According to the TTRS theory,the features ofall surfaces in the 3D process model were identified and the annotation elements wereextracted.Three kinds of redundant annotation element elimination rules were defined.Three-dimensional annotation dimensions were constructed by annotation elements,and theredundancy dimension was eliminated by using graph theory knowledge.The process sizeconfiguration in the UG environment was completed,and the process size on the processmodel was achieved.(2)Research on process information annotation:The expression elements andexpressions of the process information were analyzed,and the process information grid wasused to annotate the process information.The process information was expressed in a modularmanner,and the process information such as the reference,shape tolerance,and surfaceroughness was annotated.(3)A three-dimension annotation system of process model based on UG software wasdeveloped.The solid rocket engine top cover part was used as an example to solve theproblem of three-dimensional annotation on the process model.Key Words Process Model;Three-dimensional Annotation;RedundancyElimination;Secondary Development of UG-II
