ABSTRACTScale formation in cooling water pipe of BF cooling stave is one ofthe important reasons which effect the heat transfer and long-life of stave.In this paper,liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed technology for coolingwater pipe of BF cooling stave was accepted for line-cleaning descalingand enhanced heat transfer research.Through the cleaning fouling andheat transfer numerical simulation analysis of the cooling water pipe ofBF stave,the optimization parameters of the liquid-solid fluidizationcleaning fouling was obtained,and a liquid-solid two-phase cooling pipecleaning Experimental is verification,as well as liquid-solid fluidizationof the heat transfer and mechanical analysis.Based on the basic principles study of the multi-phase fluidmechanics and heat transfer is gave for the liquid-solid two-phase flow inthe cooling pipe of the turbulent kinetic model for dispersion and solution.And FLUENT software is used separately for different workingconditions under the liquid-solid two-phase flow in cooling water pipe ofthe blast furnace stave for heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics ofnumerical simulation studies,by the fluid and cooling water pipes insidethe stave between the flow and heat transfer the law of a preliminaryunderstanding,aims to explore the liquid-solid two-phase flow andcooling water pipe heat transfer enhancement mechanism of fouling andcleaning to lay a foundation.And through the self-designed experimental device casing and theflow of heat transfer for fluid and cooling water pipe wall convective heattransfer experimental studies,in experiments with simulated coolingwater pipes in industrial environments running under working conditions,in order to shorten the experimental time,here used in the access tubesaturated solution of calcium carbonate as a cooling medium,theshell-side in saturated water vapor to pass into the heat transfer
