cylinder head -Design of die casting dieAbstractIn this paper,the design of die-casting die for aluminum alloy cylinder head parts and theformulation of processing technology are described in detail.In this design,firstly,thesuitable die-casting material and die-casting machine are selected to determine the plane inwhich the casting is divided.Then,according to the structure and requirements of the casting,the pouring,overflow,exhaust system,etc.are set.Finally,the push out mechanism is set topush the formed die-casting out of the mold.Using AutoCAD,Pro /E and topsolid softwareto model,and simulate the movement of die-casting mold when it works.Keywords:Cylinder head;Die mold;Die casting;cavity目录1前言1
