Optimization Design of STB8 Production Line of H CompanyAbstractThis design takes the H company's STB8 production line as the research object,iscommitted to improving product quality and operating efficiency,and uses basic industrialengineering technology to conduct research and analysis on the H company's STB8production line.It is mainly divided into action waste,human-machine cooperation,learningability and position allocation research and analysis.Through research and analysis,the wholeSTB8 production system is analyzed to find out the unreasonable configuration in the system.This design will use the production technology of IE such as flow analysis,work research,field management,etc.,and use the technical tools such as station layout,process programdiagram,analysis,flow program diagram,human-computer analysis and action analysis toanalyze STB8.Through the method research,analyze the process flow of STB8 production line,identifing the unreasonable stagnation in the process flow;at the same time,using Flexsimsimulation software to simulate STB8 production line,and taking the problem of theproduction line as the unreasonable result of the production line.Optimize the designaccording to the site conditions of STB8,so as to specify the improvement scheme in theproduction line.The optimization design will start from five aspects,namely,reducing actionwaste,human-computer cooperation optimization design,SOP optimization design,workstation optimization design and data processing optimization.Through the calculation of the improved optimization results,the production situationbefore and after the improvement is compared and analyzed,and then the comprehensivebenefit evaluation is carried out.Finally,the proposed scheme is modified to get the bestoptimization design scheme.At the same time,we use Flexsim simulation software tosimulate STB8 production line again,and analyze the effect of optimization design.In orderto optimize the production process and improve the production efficiency,the productionbalance rate of STB8 production line is up to 76.59%.The main contents of this course design are:(1)drawing the process flow chart andlayout plan of the product according to the production process and standard time table;(2)converting the production line into model parameters and bring them into Flexsim modelingand simulation;(3)Having research and analysis the current situation of the production line,
