AbstractThe era of remote controlled models began in 1988 with the first test flight of a remotecontrolled jet turbine engine.After decades of precipitation,now with the development ofmicro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS)abroad,there are smaller turbine jet engine,andin the country there have been about a dozen companies in the development,there are alsoprivate investment companies and the original Aerospace Department and the ChineseAcademy of Sciences Institute of heat engine units out of the development.The key tomicro-vortex injection is not its price,but its service life,all the current parameters,the timelife is not more than 25 hours.For this reason,I understand and analyze every part of theengine in every aspect,check the rationality of the whole engine's mechanical design,anddesign the corresponding assembly sequence to solve the assembly process,the problemssuch as the rotation lubrication degree of the rotor system,the welding of the main control,the connection of the gas path and the wiring and fixing of the main control circuit arerealized,and the problems of the starting motor and the spindle axis degree are solved,andthe measurement speed sensor fixed debugging process such as a series of problems.Thistime,I mainly finished the design and manufacture of the miniature turbojet system,thestarting damping system,and its Shell.By using Pore 3d modeling software to optimize thegeneral drawing of micro-engine for 5 times,and using AUTOCAD software to processengineering drawing,the test platform is designed and realized,the whole engine and themain control were gradually assembled and debugged to complete a 50N thrust turbojet.Key words:Stator and Rotor:Start and Damping:Pore three-dimensional Modeling:Assembly and Debugging
