长春师范大学本科毕业论文AbstractAs an important component in mechanical equipment,the shaft plays an important rolein the power transmission process and the guiding process.In the transmission equipment,theworking conditions of the transmission shaft are not the same,and the torsional fatigue testfor the shaft can test and test the strength of the shaft,and finally conclude whether theworking condition is satisfied.The domestic detection technology of the drive shaft has beenlagging behind abroad,so the development of the new generation test bench for the driveshaft is imminent.This project is designed for the test bench of the material torsional mechanical propertiestest of the shaft type.Through reviewing the relevant literature and materials,to understandthe current research status of this type of test rig,and to determine the design and layout of thedesign,then design and calculate the components of the transmission,and finally use thesoftware to complete the assembly drawings and parts.Drawing the drawing and finishing thedesign file and calculation content,and completing the design specification.Key words:Material torsion,Mechanical properties,Experimental platform
