红外恒温控制器的设计与制作

AbstractTemperature is a very important basic physical quantity,which needsto be designed in many fields,such as:metallurgy industry,chemicalproduction,papermaking industry,mechanical manufacturing,electric heating furnace and household appliances,etc.,all need tobe measured and controlled to keep the controlled temperature withinthe preset range (that is,constant temperature control).Here we onlydesign a low power,low cost thermostat.Different states can bejudged by different sound prompts of the buzzer.The control time andtiming can be displayed by digital tube.The working and setting timecan be started by pressing the button.According to the deviationbetween the actual temperature and the set temperature,two sets ofPWM signals can be output to control the heating and cooling devicesrespectively,so as to achieve a constant temperature in the cabinet.
