Application design and realization of the nursing subsystemof the reasonable safe infusion warning systemAbstract:Objective:The aim is to develop and design a comprehensiveinfusion safety and management information system that can intelligentlygive medication warnings,select reasonable infusion tools,and treatcomplications to improve the reliability and safety of clinical infusion andrealize big data management of safe infusion and continuousimprovement.Methods:Through literature review and investigation ofclinical nurses'software requirements for reasonable safety infusion earlywarning nursing subsystem,the relevant indicators and design schemes ofthe nursing subsystem of reasonable safe infusion early warning systemwere established,and tested in a large tertiary hospital in Hunanprovince.The system was based on the B/S mode,using the structure of athree-tier system,use C#.NET development language and Oracledatabase to complete the research and development of the system.At thesame time,it provides hardware environment support for systemdevelopment and design by establishing client configuration and serverconfiguration that can fully meet the software requirements of thesystem.Results:Based on the system hardware and software environmentsettings,the system was successfully designed.It's major functionalmodules was successfully tested,including patient information module,infusion warning module,infusion tool selection module,complicationmodule,and data statistical analysis module.The running test showsits stable operation,less time,high accuracy,and highpracticability.Conclusion:This infusion information system intelligentlyprovides drug infusion warning to the nurses,infusion tool selection toolsand complications handling tools,which greatly reduced irrational andirregular intravenous infusion,and significantly improved the treatmentcapacity of nurses to deal with infusion complications.Keywords:Infusion:Warning system:Nursing submodule:B/SClassification:TP311.5;004.41
