An analysis of the relationship between urban population and real estate priceAbstract With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvementof people's living standard,the growth of housing price and population has become the focus ofpeople's attention.The purpose of this paper is to use the theory and knowledge of probability andmathematical statistics to study whether housing price and population influence each other.Therealistic significance is that the model can predict the inflection point of housing price within theacceptable error range and put forward some valuable Suggestions.In this paper,from the first tounderstand the status of the domestic population and the development of the housing situation,bycollecting data during 2010-2018 about population and housing data to understand and simpleanalysis of the relationship between population and housing prices,and then use matlab topolynomial fitting housing forecast model is established,and the urban population and housingprices regression modeling,and significant analysis and concluded that the last of population andhousing prices applicable Suggestions.Key word Urban population House price Regression modeling Housing price forecastMATLAB
