AbstractThe traditional time-honored brand has a long history.With theadvantages of good quality and low price,stable taste and good brandreputation,it has a very long history.But at the same time,they are alsofacing the current rapid development of the market environment.Traditionalbrands need to pay more attention to their appeal to consumers of all ages.Based on the traditional dessert store brand redesign,through the studyof brand image and its redesign related theoretical knowledge,predecessors'research,this paper summarizes the redesign methods for "Hui ji"dessertstore,and designs the brand image of "Hui ji"dessert store.We should notonly grasp the intimacy of consumers,but also cater to the visual needs ofmodern people,and better publicize "Hui ji"while satisfying the emotionalreturn.Key word:Traditional dessert shop Redesign Time-honored brand
