Vehicle Insurance Claim Information Auto Receiving AndSending SystemAbstract:Auto receiving and sending system of vehicle insurance claim information,It is a businessprocess auxiliary system customized and developed by a municipal branch under the jurisdiction of aninsurance company,This system is mainly used to collect the information distributed by the head officeof the insurance company,and this system is to redistribute the business personnel under the jurisdictionof the branch company.The system is composed of two parts.The first part is the collection of SMS,which collects the SMS in the designated mobile vehicled through a third-party hardware called SMScat,It conducts a preliminary collection of data,and then stores it in the database for further businessprocess operation by the background management.The second part is the background management ofthe automatic launch system.Background management is responsible for the system operator to furtheroperate the data collected by the SMS collection end.The background management involves twomodules:system module and business module.The system module includes three sub modules:usermanagement,role management and authority management.The business module consists of threemodules:SMS record,claim adjuster and SMS matching rule setting.The background management usesthe spring boot framework,the persistence layer framework uses the most popular mybatis framework,and the database uses mysql.The first chapter of this paper mainly summarizes the background and development significance ofauto receiving and sending system of automobile insurance claim information.Through the targetedresearch on the business process of receiving and sending automobile insurance claim information,thebasic structure and requirements of the system are formulated.Then,it makes an in-depth understandingand elaboration of the technology stack used.Finally,an efficient and automatic system is developed tosimplify the business process of claim information sending and receiving.After the completion ofdevelopment,there will be a complete test,both individually and as a whole.The project finallycompleted the development,and successfully deployed online.It was officially put into actualproduction.The claim information was sent and received from the previous 24-hour manual duty,andthe manual distribution of information became fully automatic screening and distribution,whichbrought the double improvement of efficiency growth and labor saving to customers.Keywords:GSM Modem,SpringBoot,vehicle insurance,MyBatis,MySQL
