基于协同过滤的房源推荐系统的设计与实现

ABSTRACTThis paper analyzes the pain points existing in the current housing rental market,combined with the investigation of the Internet information system,and takes anindependent development of a B /S architecture house recommendation system as anexample to propose some practical problems in the development process.Proposal andrealization.The thesis first analyzes the development status of the housing rental market andthe development prospects of the Internet information system,and puts forward the idea ofcombining the two and improving the status of the housing rental market byimplementing an algorithm recommendation system.On this basis,this paper introduces the development process of the houserecommendation system and its technical problems.The system is developed in B/S mode,Java is used as the development language,IntelliJ IDEA is used as the development tool,and the Spring Boot development framework is adopted.With the help of the existingrecommendation algorithms in the industry,we need to make certain practices in thedevelopment process of the house recommendation system from the aspects of demandanalysis,functional design,data organization,code organization,etc.The overall design,thespecific implementation process in the medium term,and the specific ideas for subsequentsoftware testing are presented in the paper.Key words:Housing Rental Recommendation Algorithm Java SpringBoot Collaborative filtering
