北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design and Implementation of Research InformationManagement System for Offline Activities of a CompanyAbstractWith the informatization development of the enterprise management,all kinds of efficientand unified management system has been used in all walks of life.Using informationtechnology to manage all kinds of resources,to a certain extent,can improve the managementlevel of enterprises and effectively reduce the enterprise cost.At present,for the company'soperation mode,the relevant information of some offline activity research is still only stored inthe historical records of personal electronic devices or work email.When it is necessary toobtain relevant documents for reference or cross-department cooperation and communication,it needs to spend unnecessary search time.Therefore,in order to reduce manpower andimprove work efficiency,it is necessary to develop a system that can centrally manage researchrelated resources.This system is based on the development of Python language,the use of Djangoframework to build a web terminal,combined with xadmin background managementframework to operate the database table,the use of MVC mode.In addition,the systeminterface is designed using the Bookstrap front frame to provide a simple,beautiful andfriendly user interface.With the help of this system,resources sharing can be realized,unnecessary file sharing time between departments can be reduced and resources can becentrally managed,which is conducive to the development of enterprise informatization.The core business of this system is role authority management and file management.Byassigning roles to users to determine the permission to access system resources,different rolesoperate different kinds of nature files,which can improve the security and convenience of thesystem to some extent.Keywords:Research information system;Django framework;MVC pattern;Role permissionmanagement
