北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractWith the rapid development of the network,the idea that enterprises use the Internet todevelop temporary labor force has become a reality.Since then,some small andmedium-sized enterprises can use the Internet website to recruit.This measure can greatlyimprove the efficiency of various businesses,reduce labor costs,and thus maximize their owninterests.Temporary workers recruitment system is mainly aimed at small and medium-sizedenterprises.Some of their work places need a large number of mobile workers,and their staffare highly mobile.Most of these labors can come from college students,who can flexiblycontrol their time.From the perspective of temporary workers,they can use their spare time orspare time to work to achieve the goal of self-sufficiency,and can also try different workingmethods to gain more social experience.From the point of view of the enterprise,for jobswith large staff mobility,the labor cost of directly selecting temporary workers is relativelylow.From the perspective of national development Increase the national income and improvethe comprehensive professional quality of university students so that they can better integrateinto social life in the future.I use JAVA,JSP page design tools,mysql database to designtemporary employment system to achieve the above purpose.This temporary workerrecruitment system has the following main functions:(1)user management subsystem;(2)enterprise managementKey words:Temporary employment system;User management;Enterprise management;
