北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Moving Target Visual Surveillance System DesignBased On Static BackgroundAbstractThis object whose name is the design of moving target vision monitoring system in staticbackground is a kind of video monitoring based on digital image processing.With thecontinuous development of today's science and technology field,mobile target detection is avery hot research field,but it is closely related to everyone's life,such as home smart camera,company surveillance system,industry,agriculture,medicine,transportation and otherfields.It is very important to detect moving objects by comparing adjacent frames so as to findthe target to be detected.It is necessary to eliminate the interference of some moving objectsfor correct video detection.This design is based on MATLAB language,the use of digital image processing andvideo processing related knowledge,in view of the video processing often occurs in the imagenoise monitoring moving target fuzzy extraction image frame,image noise reduction framedifference method and other methods,to achieve the static background of the moving targetmonitoring system design.Keywords Digital image processing Moving target detection The noise and The noisereduction Image edge detection
